Then I stop myself and look around me and I notice all the things I'm grateful for....the list is endless. The other day I was outside doing some weeding. The wind was blowing through my hair, the sun was shining on my face, the smell of the earth was divine, the birds twittering by my side and I sat down and just felt so grateful.
